I was forwarded a review copy of a new book from Laurence King Publishing and written by Michael Evamy, called Logo. That's what it is - a book of logos - all sorts of logos. This book has more than 1300 marks contained in some 330+ pages. (Too much stimulation!)
There are many ways to dispose, or otherwise get rid of old things like appliances, televisions, or bathtubs. But, these days we all want to do so in a more "green" way, so as not to further disturb our Mother, Earth. There is an artist in San Francisco who not only knows how to give new life to these old pieces of furniture and the like, he does it as only a true artist can.
So many topics have popped into my head and inbox as of late, that I've decided to throw you all bits and pieces of some of them. These things run the gamut between online design, help-wanted postings to a strange advertisement photo to that trainwreck of a logo from Adobe. Let's get started...
